At Max and Lily, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it into the original boxes with all hardware and instructions included to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
